I've forgotten / lost my password

If you cannot remember the password you chose when creating your sync account, you can get a password reset sent to your email address by following either of these steps:


Reset via our website

  1. Visit babyfeedtimer.net
  2. Enter your email address
  3. Click the reset password link under the Sign In button


Reset via a device not yet connected

  1. On your second device choose 'Connect to Existing Account' from the 'Synchronise iPhones' screen.
  2. Enter the email address used to create your account.
  3. Take a guess at your password and press 'Connect to Existing Account'.
  4. If your password was incorrect you will be offered the option to send a password reset to your email address.


In both cases you will receive an email with a link which will allow you to change your password.
