Our devices aren't syncing data with each other

If you are having problems trying to get Baby Feed Timer to sync between devices then there are a few things to check:

  1. Have you created a Baby Feed Timer account?
    • Accounts are created in the 'My Account' section of the 'More' tab.
  2. Both devices must be connected to the same account. i.e. They must use the same email address and password used when creating the initial account.
  3. Make sure both devices have an internet connection.
    • A sync of your data to our server only happens when you open and close the App. If you have no internet connection when you are using the App it will not be able to sync its new data.
